Copy zip's to SD
Enter to recovery
wipe data
install zip from external_sd cm-12
install zip from external_sd gapps
install zip from disable internal
reboot

warning and remember:
Do not update so not an error
not in saving mode, because it can be an error (bootlop)

1. put boot.bin and cwm or twrp in sdcard phone (Internal sd)
2. Open a terminal emulator (DOWNLOAD PLAYSTORE)
3. typing "su without quotes
4. after typing "dd if = / storage / emulated / 0 / aboot.bin of = / dev / block / mmcblk0p6 bs = 4096" without the quotes *
5. then typing again "dd if = / storage / emulated / 0 / recovery.img of = / dev / block / mmcblk0p17 bs = 4096" without the quotes *
6. then type "reboot recovery" without the quotes *
